Your Session. Your Comfort. Your Healing.
From the moment you arrive, every detail is tailored to help your nervous system unwind. Choose your aromatherapy (Lavender? Eucalyptus? Peppermint? Sweet Orange? Unscented?), your music vibe, warmth level, and more using our Signature Client Comfort Menu. All bodies and backgrounds are welcome here.
1. Before Your Session
Be sure to complete the Massage Intake Form and arrive 5–10 minutes early, especially if it’s your first visit, so I can review your intake form and goals for care. If you’ve filled your forms online; great! I’ll use that time to talk about today’s focus areas (pain, stress, mobility, rest, emotional release, whatever’s present for you).
Health note: If you’re sick, recovering from fever, or recently injured, reach out so I can reschedule or adapt safely.
2. Personalize Your Comfort
I use a Client Comfort Menu to help you feel truly cared for. You can choose:
Aromatherapy: Lavender, Eucalyptus, Peppermint, Sweet Orange, or Unscented.
Eye Mask for deeper rest.
Weighted Blanket for grounding.
Warm Hand and/or Foot Wraps.
Music: Nature sounds, soft instrumental, silence, or let therapist choose.
Fill out your comfort preferences online before you arrive (recommended) or in the studio when you check in.

3. Your Session Flow
Grounding Check-In: I confirm your goals and any areas to avoid.
Intention + Breath: (Optional) Take 3 slow breaths to invite relaxation.
Comfort Setup: Cervical neck support, warm oil, aromatherapy, eye mask, and any extras you selected.
Customized Massage: Therapeutic pressure adjusted to your needs; relaxation, focus work, or a blend.
Closing Ritual: Gentle stillness, warm towel, and time to re-orient before getting up.
4. Communication & Boundaries
You’re in charge of your session. Please tell me if you’d like:
More or less pressure
Temperature change
Different music or silence
More draping or positional support
To skip conversation and rest quietly
Your comfort, privacy, and consent are always respected.

6. After Your Session
Take a moment to rest before getting up from the massage table. I’ll offer a warm towel to remove any excess lubricant. Sometimes I also give quick at-home care tips to extend your results (stretch, breath, hydration, or heat/cold guidance).
7. Payment
Pay after your session.
8. Policies Snapshot
