Who’s Behind the Magic Hands?

Hi, I'm KJ, Owner of Decompressed by KJ, your soon-to-be favorite massage therapist, and your current neighborhood muscle whisperer. Proud mom of 2 grown kids. Married 21 years. Known for mixing professional care with a little personality and sass.

Prior to massage therapy, I spent 20+ years serving as a project manager for several linehaul carriers.... so, I know a thing or two about pain. 

Here’s the deal: I started this business because I was tired of watching hardworking people (and my own family) grind through pain, stress, and tension like it was normal. Spoiler alert: it’s not.

I don’t do cookie-cutter spa routines, and I definitely don’t do gimmicky memberships that charge you even when you’re too busy to show up. What I do is simple:

• Listen to what’s really bothering you.
• Customize your session so you actually feel relief.
• Add a dose of humor so you leave lighter in spirit, not just in muscles.
